$225 per person for both days with pre-registration by September 30, 2010 Early Bird Deadline. After September 30: $275. For one day, $130 before Sep 30; $160 after Sep 30.
Save 10% off the early bird or regular rate if you register 10 or more people. To qualify for the group rate, each registrant must individually submit their information via the online registration system and indicate “payment by check.” One check for the entire group must be submitted (separate payments do not qualify for the group rate) in order to receive 10% off the entire group’s payment.

Tuition includes breakfast, lunch & refreshments (with many gluten free options) both days and lecture notes. The Friday Night Social is a free event.
Please register early and arrive before the scheduled start times. Registrations are subject to cancellation after the scheduled start time. Registrants canceling up to 2 weeks before the conference will receive a tuition refund less $15.00 administration fee. Cancellations after October 23, 2010 cannot be refunded. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. If a seminar cannot be held for reasons beyond the control of the sponsor (e.g. Acts of God), registrants will receive a voucher for next year’s event. Nonpayment of full tuition may, at the sponsor’s option, result in cancellation of CE credits issued. A $25.00 service charge applies to each returned check. Additional lecture notes will be available for the separate purchase price of $30.00.
